Starting with a free initial consultation, we work closely with our clients to establish their needs, budget, and preferred region. We determine their requirements depending on whether they are an owner occupier, purchasing an investment or commercial property.

From here if you decide we are the right fit to fulfill your requirements, we will begin to search for properties that suits your brief and budget. In some cases, we may have already researched your desired suburbs and have properties shortlisted.

After we have found suitable properties that meet your selection criteria, we then inspect these properties to complete the required due diligence. We will then present these options to you before making the final decision. Upon your approval, we will then negotiate favorable terms and an appropriate price on your behalf.

Throughout the entire process, we are able to introduce you to the required professionals to ensure your purchase is completed without any problems. Mortgage brokers will be able to provide a range of loan options and ensure your finance is approved. Financial advisors and accountants can review your individual circumstances and provide taxation advice if required. Conveyancer’s will review contracts and Section 32 documents and ensure all legal requirements are satisfied before the purchase proceeds. Building and pest inspectors will ensure your asset has no hidden defects and all necessary permits are issued. Property managers will ensure you secure a quality tenant for your investment.

Negotiation/ Auction bidding

Some of our clients bring the property to us. If they are satisfied the property suits their needs, have completed all their due diligence but need some help negotiating, we can take care of this stage of the process.

We establish a maximum budget with the client and devise a strategy to secure the asset with the best and most favourable terms.

If the property is to be sold by auction, we will bid at auction on the client’s behalf.

Auction Bidding only

We also offer a fixed rate for auction bidding. Again, if you have completed all your due diligence, we will establish a maximum price with you prior to the auction. A perfect service if you are not confident with auctions, unable to attend or just simply keen to outsource.
